  • Free shipping if your order over $29.99 within 10km.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Returns or Exchanges require original sales receipt. 

  2. Products/Packages must be unused and in BRAND-NEW condition. 

  3. A restocking fee may apply.

  4. SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY for specific products.

  5. All sales are final after 10 days.

Please Note:

No Returns or Refunds on sterile items such as wound care, incontinence, and ostomy items after they have left the store even if in original unopened packaging.
