1. Returns or Exchanges require original sales receipt. 

2. Products/Packages must be unused and in BRAND-NEW condition. 

3. A restocking fee may apply.

4. SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY for specific products.

5. All sales are final after 7 business days.

Exchange Policy:

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of order. We'll gladly assist you in finding a suitable replacement. Please note that all exchanges are subject to approval. A 25% restocking fee may apply in certain cases.

Return Policy:

To ensure hygiene standards aligning with Alberta Health and Health Canada's infection and disease prevention efforts, items that directly touch the skin or are classified as medical, surgical, or rehabilitation equipment are non-returnable, unless covered by a manufacturer guarantee.

In addition to the above, returns are not accepted for the following:

• Personal protection equipment (masks, gloves, wipes, incontinent products)

• Bedding accessories

• Compression stockings

• Ostomy and Catheter products

• Orthopedic support & braces

• Bathroom equipment

• Pressure prevention items

• Dressings/Gauze/Tapes/Bandages

• Liquids (creams, gels, glues)

• Soft support & foam items

• Clearance items

• Items marked as online only. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• Parts and components

• Special order products (products that are not in-stock and have to be specially ordered)

• Customized products

• Items acquired through contests or giveaways cannot be returned or exchanged
