The BedCane is compatible with the majority of conventional bed types and mattresses that range in thickness from 12 to 16 inches. Any mattress size, from a Twin to a California King, can be used with the rail. Adjustable beds are not designed to be used with it. Use with extra-soft mattresses at your own risk.
